All experiences include a guided sound bath meditation using crystal quartz sound bowls, koshi chimes, ocean drum and other various sounds. To ensure the most aligned experience we are open to collaborating to create an offering unique to you. Any form of movement such as restorative postures to deep stretching to something more cathartic can be weaved into your experience.
A 15 minute connection call is can be arranged prior to your experience to go over final details and desires.
Longer sessions 75 minutes + include equipment set up. All yoga mats and equipment are cleansed (energetically + physically) and sanitized before and after each session.
