DROP IN: SLOW yoga + sound bath
Service Description
Mindful Movement + Meditation every Tuesday evening in South Surrey starting October 15 *please note that space is limited, please reserve your drop in early* This series could be for you if: You are looking to begin or maintain a consistent mindfulness practice. You are seeking to understand your triggers to have more capacity to better manage your reactions. You want support in regulating your nervous system. You are interested in shifting your mind set and finding self compassion. You desire to deepen your understanding of your own human experience. You understand the value of being in community and connection with self. Suitable for beginners and all levels of experience. What to expect: Over 5 weeks we will explore movement + meditation as we flow through the senses. Each session will start with a sequence of gentle movements and stretches. Offering an opportunity to slow down and reconnect with your own wisdom. The movement portion will be followed by a guided sound bath meditation. Inviting an opportunity to notice and be with sensation in a supportive space. What to bring: Yoga Mat Pillow Blanket What to wear: Clothing that is comfortable and allows for gentle, low-impact movement
